Naturalization after PR - non EU national

Hi all,
I am a Paksitani citizen with a Permanent Resident card.
Looking to apply for Naturalization.

Got divorced back in 2015 so i m not a EEA Family Member any more

While filling up the naturlization form

Are you either:?
-An EEA national who has been issued with a document certifying permanent residence
-A family member of an EEA national who has been issued with a permanent residence card.
yes or No option

If i say yes then they ask me for PR card details if not then i dont have to enter anyting.

1 -My question is do i still say i m a family member or just say NO and move on without entering my PR card details.?

2- My deceiosn letter got a date on it where it says " deemed to have acquire PR " and thats date is 2 yrs ago from the date i got my PR card. so does this means i can apply for my Naturlization starightaway,?
