General Query Regarding T1 Ent circumstances

Hi All,

I have a query regarding our present circumstances let me give you a clear picture...

I’m on Tier 1 Ent visa 50K route as a T1 Ent team.
Our Initial Visa was Granted in January 2014 - January 2017
Our T1 Ent extension was granted in April 2017 - April 2019.
We are eligible to ILR in January 2019 …..
Our Business is related to IT sector and it is based in “xxx” County

Recently my T1 Ent team member has opened a convenience store along with other person and he has moved to other “yyyy” county which is far.
He was working in that store as it was new business to him…and he was still a Director in our company where we jointly applied for T1 Ent visa.

So my query is Does this impact or questionable as he was moved far from Business location and he was a Director in other Business which is totally a Different sector …

Seniors please let me know your thoughts on this...

No. As explained many time before your application is SEPARATE. Your business partner circumstances will not influence your ILR at all.
