Hi all ,

Yes I had attached submitted attested copy of ID from post office which they explained that they cant accept that attested copy. And I explained in one letter too that my ex don’t want to give me original ID she handed me attested photocopy and says that should be acceptable.

Photo copy is not acceptable for also if your expline well and shows the attempted you made and effort to get id but your not success to get is acceptable.

In simple word photo copy mean nothing and attempt you made and shows your afford mean everything

Do I have to fill 85 pages application again?
And do I have to post all other paper work with refusal letter ? Because I will send original ID this time

Yes you have to fill application form again with all supporting documents and you can apply any time when you .

There are no need to send the refusal letter with your new application just explain in the cover letter that you application refuse previously because of ex id

Did not receive an acknowledgment letter, only Biometric letter today.

My employer will run an employee check with the case ID.
Hopefully with come positive as the Biometrics has been done today.

Yes W Rehman I had annexed fresh application too with reconsideration letter but they sent me back only refusal letter don’t know where my application gone,

I am planning to reapply fresh case tomorrow.

I applied for PR without ID on the 25th of October. I still haven’t heard from the Home Office regarding a decision; and also my case had some underlying concerns.
