what do mean by "calendar months" ?

Post by hussainkothari » Thu Apr 10, 2008 4:25 pm

Hi All,

I am a WorkPermit holder in UK and looking to switch to tier1.

There is a mention in the guidance notes ( point 68 )
"68. All periods specified should be considered to refer to calendar months (i.e. 1 January - 31 January)."

- What is meant by "calendar months" ?
- I was moved from UK to India on the 14th of Aug07. So I can show a UK salary slip starting on 14th for the month of Aug07. Is this alright?

Please help. Thanks!

As explained already, calendar month is month shown on calender. It will be 1feb-28th for feb. and so on.
