BPR Delivery

Hi, I am waiting for the delivery of my BPR (it should arrive in the next 10 working days). I have to travel outside the Country in the next few days.
Do anybody knows if I could authorize somebody else to receive and sign for the reception of the BPR for me?

I was thinking about the option that my husband could send it to me by post (to Spain).

Yes, they can. They have to show their ID proof and your ID proof to the courier.
