Eligibility for Naturalisation

Post by Saad_Kashif » Tue Feb 13, 2018 10:32 am

Dear all,

One of my friend's ILR was refused in 2016, his appeal was heard and allowed in January 2018 and he has now received BPR.

The questions is whether he can apply for 'Naturalization' straight away OR he has to wait for 12 months as normal?

Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.

Regards

Patience :!: Your friend will have to complete 12 months following the issue date of his ILR before qualifying for BC.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
