Advice for job creation

Dear all,

My initial visa was issued on oct 2013, get extensions on dec 2018.

My five year will complete this year October.

I have one employee who is start on 2014 until now

Another employee strat from this year January.

I understand I have to creat two position for 24 months before apply ILR

MY QUESTION IS:can I employee another now and use three employess to apply ILR on October 2018z
