Hi everyone I have questions related to job creation in ILR and visa application process. I will appreciate if senior members guide and help me as always.

Tier 1 Entrepreneur team (50K) visa History

Initial Application approved. September’ 2013 (Pre-April’2014)

Extension visa approved 15th May’ 2017 (After Eight Months)

Visa expiry date 15th May’ 2019

Planning to apply for ILR in September’ 2018

3. I have 1 dependent she has visa till May’2019, can I apply alone in August’ 2018 without applying for my dependent visa?

Hi, I am submitting online application, I want to ask few questions.

1. In online form it ask "Evidence of Mr. ABC's immigration status in the UK". what evidence should I provide to satisfy the requirement. I am sending my BRP and all passports with supporting documents.

2. It ask" other evidence of Mr. ABC's reasons for absences from the UK". I went to my country in 2014 for 2 months, and in 2016 for 2 months in order to attend marriage and to see my family. What evidence should I include with my application. Only entry and exit stamps are available on my passports.

I need help from senior members, I am going to submit my application within 1 or 2 weeks.

My question is I have explained reason for my absence in the form do I need to send letter from accountant or myself as well? And can I include my boarding passes and tickets as an evidence for my absence?

I am still waiting for my ILR Visa, it is more than 4 months now. I am not receiving any monthly email from home office, they sent me only a complex letter after 3 weeks of my application(letter sent by Development Team 5).

After 3.5 months I wrote a letter to home office about updates, next day they replied, (same complex letter but from different team, Temporary Migration Team 11).

My Business is genuine and Visa application and documents are straight forward not many not less, business is in profit, accounts are upto date, employment created more than double.

No Idea why they are holding my application.

There was not any interview on initial application but I had interview on extension application. I got visa after 8 months with the help of MP.
