Up to you, there is no requirement. Anyway, that information is in your FPS.

Well there is nothing you can do about it, so you just have to wait and see.

Why do you need to submit any CT600 at all ? You are not providing any investment evidence.

Should not matter

Dear Marcnath, Zimba & Admins,

Thank you for all your inputs during preparation of my application. I applied couple of weeks back, did my bio-metrics and now waiting...Hoping for the best

I need your guidance regarding one of my FT employees who has offered to resign by end of Jan whilst my case in under-process.
- Atm i have 2 FT & 1PT employees on Payroll. I was wondering is there any issue if one FT employee quits during my case is under process? I know this question is not related to the forum? but i wanted to get an idea about this please.

Secondly, both directors are on Payroll. we are planning of not taking any more salary from business? can both directors be taken off from the payroll and added at later stage?

your help is highly appreciated....

Thank you so much

You are free to change payroll for directors, fire, hire employees etc as your business needs. There are no implications to your immigration application

No one can say. There are people in this forum who got the complex letter and were approved in a couple of weeks after and others who have waited months. I am not even sure if it means anything or HO just uses it as a way of getting itself more time and meeting some internal statistics.

There is no requirement to inform HO of office changes

hi Marcnath,

Is there any way to chase/track or speed up processing of application. I am now waiting from 10 weeks?
I know a lot of people are waiting 6+ months. Just wanted to get an idea if we have to write to HO to speed up the processing?

Thanks for all your help.

None that I know of. Users in this forum have tried many things - contacting MP, writing letter, threatening court action through a PAP (Pre-Action Protocol), etc. And as far as I am aware, nothing makes a difference.

The only thing that may help is if you have a compelling reason for expediting - e,g, essential travel due to family or business emergencies, etc. If so, you can try writing in sending in all the details/proof of the emergency and hope for a consideration.

I still believe the only way to ensure fast turnaround is by doing a concise application in the first place, making clear all information the CW needs, and only that information, is set out very clearly. But even that is no guarantee of fast processing.

Good Morning Marcnath & Zimba,

I am in the process of relocating my business to a different address and my extension is under process from 16+ weeks now.
Do i have to inform HO about my new trading address? or is it ok to move without notifying HO?
Also, would it be better to contact my MP to speed up processing or shall i just keep on waiting like other members?

I really appreciate your advice & suggestions.

There is no requirement to inform business changes.

I am skeptical of any benefit of using the MP, but it is not going to do any harm either - so why not ? would be my approach

Hi Marcnath & Zimba,

I hope you guys are well. Can you please suggest any effective way of speeding up my case? I have been waiting from 6 months now. I know a lot of ppl are waiting from over a year.
I applied for my extension for myself and 1 dependent in dec 17, and now my wife's father is very ill. I just want to know if there is any option to write to home office to speed up the case? or can i withdraw my dependent's application but not mine? My solicitor is asking me not to contact HO?
I'd really appreciate your suggestions in my case.

Thanks alot

You can try to write in with evidence of your father-in-law's illness. HO does seem to have some option for expediting based on such circumstances though I have not seen any reports of it happening.

Hi Marcnath & Zimba,

I hope you guys are well, and thank you for always answering my questions briefly. I am still waiting for my extension from almost 7 & 1/2 months.
Due to this long wait of visa, I couldn't renew my contract with two of my potential clients. But from last 2 months, I have started online Ebay store, and its doing fine.
- I was wondering, do i need to notify HO about this change of business activities from logistics consultancy to Ebay sales?
- will there be any impact if i am called for interview?
My business partner has already got his ILR based on 10 years, and he is not participating in business at all. but, he still has active DL in company. would there be any impact on my extension?
if you could please highlight the best approach for me?
- Can I register a new company and start trading for my ebay newly setup buss?
- I am still maintaining 2 full time jobs from last 7 months? Can I use it towards ILR? I will be completing my 10 years in Mar 2020

Thanks a lot

hi Marcnath,

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply. I will complete 5 year in Dec 2019? would i be able to use it? or do i need to continue 2 jobs after extension is approved?

I mean I will complete 5 years in T1 Ent in Dec 2019.
10 year over all in Mar 2020 as my date of arrival was in 2010.

Marcnath already cleared everything but I'm adding one more thing that I got confirmation from home office about changing business.
I'm waiting since last 14 months months and my interview was done almost 4 months ago but still waiting for outcome in the mean I change my business and I'm also doing ebay amazon. I wrote home office couple of months ago and they confirmed that you can change your business anytime you want.
So don't worry and just concentrate on your business.

Since you can apply for your ILR Nov 19, you will be able to use employment from Dec 18 onwards (12 months before application date) but not earlier

T1 Entrepreneur Extension Delays

Post by rayleo1990 » Wed Aug 22, 2018 12:24 pm

Hello Marcnath, Zimba and admins,

I hope you guys are all well. Could you please let me know, if there is any email address where i can at least send a complaint for this long delay in visa processing. During Last 8+ months, I have called HO 4 times and got same reply in email that your case is not complete yet, and 1 call back with similar answer.
These long delays are causing huge stress and restraining people to travel to see their families.

T1 Entrepreneur Pending Extension

Post by rayleo1990 » Wed Sep 19, 2018 12:47 pm

Hi Marcnath & Zimba,

I am still waiting for extension. Can you please let me know, if it's ok to work as a self employed driver for amazon deliveries or will it break the rules of T1?
I've chased my MP after waiting for 9+ months for extension, and now MP is waiting for response from Amazon.
I have started running my new business successfully, but wanted to know, if there is any restriction to work as an independent contractor with Amazon?

your help and advice is highly appreciated.

I would expect that to be in violation of your visa terms

Hi Guys'
I have missed a dx delivery today. They left a calling card? Could it be my BRP? I didn't hear anything from my solicitor.
Is there any collection office of Dx, where i can collect from?

Yes, that is most likely. They must have left instructions on their next attempt or contact details.

I am so so grateful to all the respected board members, especially Marcnath & Zimba.
Dear Marcnath, your time and every second you spent to assist me in preparing my application, is highly appreciated. People like you are hidden gem, who help others brilliantly in this world without any expectations, whereas mostly people let u down when you expect good from them.
Its been nearly 4 years, I had been using Immboard, and your kinds suggestions and tips has always been very helpful.
I would like to share my experience for other/new members:
First app: Team 50k Inv
Team member switched to ILR last year on 10yr LR
Applied for Extension alone dec 2017
Jan: Complex case Email
Called 4 times from April to July got same response
Wife Lost her father in Aug, so i chased my MP end of Aug.
Missed dx delivery 26 sep, Received 28th.
I had been continuously engaged in my business and created 3 FT & 1 Part time job. Moreover, In Aug 2018 I have setup my new IT Solutions business and working in both Consultancy (Joined venture) & IT solutions (newly established).
Marcnath, can you please suggest me where can i post my questions related to ILR and my dependents' extension? will keep on bombarding with more questions :D
Thank you so much
