Post by cheekyvirgin » Fri Feb 16, 2018 8:43 pm

My wife will be on 5 year spouse visa route for ILR and need to know about if there is any income requirement about it.

She came to uk in September 2009 and than she had been absense one year from the uk in 2013 and came back in 2014 and now in January she will be here 5 years continuously.

Please guide

Thanks

Minimum income level of £18,600 p.a which can be joint earnings or savings over £16,000 to make up for any shortfall.

The Life in the UK + B1 level English on the Home Office list of approved tests/test providers.

Yes, I believe you are. You will need to meet the adequate maintenance level.
