I have tried to call them yes but they said I have to write to the caseworker to find out what happened and you know that takes time.

Is there any phone number to call them for someone to help with that ?

It's just bit weird that no one have seen this situation before and no one able to help

Back in 2015 i did apply my application was invalid the send back with cover letter to say why it was invalid , i do not understand why the refund with out explain and if you did not complete mandatory section will be invalid too, when you call you can ask if was any letter was posted and may be got lost in post , they should able to tell you, happen to us over the phone they say the letter was sent to our lawyer but the lawyer say did not receive so we have to go to our lawyer and make a call and we request a copy to send to our lawyer they did. some lawyer they are very good on chasing up , some you have to do chase up your self .

No I don't have any representation pending but they asked me to do one when they cancelled my spouse visa with admin review
I have just done the admin review but it was refused so I made new application with fees better than section 120 representation which is free
But they refunded everything

They sent a letter just saying

Thank you for the above application from the information provided it appears that refund is appropriate. 

I have arranged for the credit /debit card used to pay for this application to be credited with the sum of £993 to reimburse you.

What do you mean by Mandatory section sorry ?
I keep calling my solicitor everyday but he didn't receive anything and he wrote a letter to the case worker. But we waiting for answer.

Is there any number u can recommend to call
The number I call they say we can't give u any information
And I have to write to the caseworker.

There some section you must provide information and if you don't the application can be invalid.the letter you have is for payment from payment department it should be another letter . If I was you I resend application with cover letter explain the all things just to be in safe side , or write to them .do something before they start moving fast on you, If you was on signing you could ask on signing the always tell you if there any thing pending.

The application is made by a solicitor so I think he done it well and I can't see anything not filling in there.
I didn't get any other letter maybe it's on his way as they sent me this letter on 2nd February
How can I send application again ?
They still have my first one with all the supporting documents and I haven't received it back yet.

Ian on temporary admission yes and my reporting date it's not untill next month but if they want to remove me they will change that.
It I have receive anything yet.

My solicitor wrote to the case worker and sent it Friday but we still didn't get an answer.

I have not got any response yet from the home office about what happened as they returned my application fee and ihs back.

They didn't even send my application back or letter explaining what had happened .

Any one know how long it takes untill I have response??

It is the duty of your lawyer to have called and established why your application was returned. Applications are returned for variety of reasons. So the reason for one person's case, may be different from yours.

They didn't return my application or documents but they have refunded the fees. They have refunded £993 and £ 500 heath surcharge they didn't even deduct that £25 if the application was invalid any idea why ????


My solicitor said there is no number to call to tell us what happened and he wrote to the case worker over 10 days now and didn't have any answer yet.

Is there any number you recommend that I can call and find out .
Or do you have any explanation of what happened.?

I got the full refund 1st February with a letter not explaining anything about my application if it was invalid or not ?

I need your suggestion or guidance as i am bit confuse and shall appreciate if someone could share his experience?
My wife and child applied for Settlement (Entry Clearance) Non-Priority as dependent of settled person in mid November 2017. I paid IHS Charges for my wife at time of application but could not make payment for child IHS due to bug in system but IHS number was issued and i thought Home Office shall contact me later to ask for child IHS payment as they usually do. However, Received "Not Straightforward applications E-mail on 06th February 2018.
it has been over three months now, still waiting for decision and Home Office even did not ask me to pay for Child IHS yet? Is it normal?

Your GP visits are free I believe.
But hospital you might need to pay.
Don’t mention anything to doctor about visa because doctors don’t understand the immigration business and might complicate things for you.
Be careful that if you are invoiced by nhs then you must pay the charges otherwise that can be a reason for refusal.

I do have provisional driving license but I do want to have theory test and book a driving test aswell to have the full license .
I wonder what documents they will ask for when I book theory and the driving test.as u all know I don't have my passport and I don't have my resident permit .
All what I have is provision driving licence as a proof of iD
Am I eligible to apply for full driving license in my situation.

They will only want to see provisional licence.
