I would like to ask whether Gibraltar is a qualifying country in which the cooling off period can be spent.

Will you have the right of residence for 12 months in Gibraltar?

Hi. I believe so as i would be on a work permit and visa for that period. I’m also asking because Gibraltar is considered a British overseas territory I think but not part of the U.K.. so I wanted to clarify before pursuing anything further.
