28 Days bank statement

Hi, My friend applying for DBA and along with her spouse. Due to pound rate increased their bank statement has got little bit less money than required.

Question is: Most probably within 2 weeks time of the application made their new bank statement of 28 days would be ready. So can they make the application with the current 28 days bank statement and as soon as the updated bank statement is ready to send to the UKBA before the fingerprint has been done under the circumstances changed ground?

Its urgent please assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest you encourage your friend to get her own advice, ideally from the international student adviser at her university.
