visa application clarification

Hello,
Please I need to clarify something.
CoS approved on 12th February to be used by 12th May 2018, Start date on CoS is 1st March 2018. From the way things are now I will be applying for visa around the 1st week of march. Will this be a problem being that CoS is to start on the 1st of March.
I will appreciate a reply, thanks.
