Sponsor undertaking dependant visa

Hi all

In a seperate checklist given to me while filing the HSMP dependant application had a requirement for "undertaking from sponsor that the applicant will not claim benefit".

I am bit nervous now as my husband did mentioned that in his cover letter however one of my friends now told me that this should be in a standard form. is that right?? would visa office accept undertaking not in a standard format. please can any one let me know what that is??
