I have tried to call them yes but they said I have to write to the caseworker to find out what happened and you know that takes time.
Do you have any representation already pending sent in response of section 120 notice?yarab wrote: ↑Tue Feb 06, 2018 9:40 pmI had a full refund back £993 and £500 ihs
They didn't deduct £25 admin fee if my application was invalid
What does that mean please guys ?
And if my application is cancelled?
What is the different between cancelled and invalid?
Please help as no one from the home office can give me an answer and I haven't heard anything from them yet
Thank youuu

They sent a letter just sayingbella27 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 06, 2018 11:06 pmBack in 2015 i did apply my application was invalid the send back with cover letter to say why it was invalid , i do not understand why the refund with out explain and if you did not complete mandatory section will be invalid too, when you call you can ask if was any letter was posted and may be got lost in post , they should able to tell you, happen to us over the phone they say the letter was sent to our lawyer but the lawyer say did not receive so we have to go to our lawyer and make a call and we request a copy to send to our lawyer they did. some lawyer they are very good on chasing up , some you have to do chase up your self .
The application is made by a solicitor so I think he done it well and I can't see anything not filling in there.bella27 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 07, 2018 9:12 amThere some section you must provide information and if you don't the application can be invalid.the letter you have is for payment from payment department it should be another letter . If I was you I resend application with cover letter explain the all things just to be in safe side , or write to them .do something before they start moving fast on you, If you was on signing you could ask on signing the always tell you if there any thing pending.
Thank you obie for your answer.
It must be very stressful for you.yarab wrote: ↑Sat Feb 17, 2018 9:11 pmIf the application is invalid
Will I get the application with supporting documents first or the money back first????
I have received my fees and ihs back 16 days ago and I havn't received my application or documents yet?
Does that mean my application is invalid or What?
Haven't received any explanation from home office yet.

Your GP visits are free I believe.yarab wrote: ↑Thu Feb 22, 2018 9:51 pmHello guys
I wonder if anyone can help with that.
My spouse visa is cancelled as I mentioned before and Iam on temporary admission and I submitted new FLR FP application and still don't know what is going on about it
Now I feel sick I need to see Doctors
Will I still be covered ?
And it will be free ?
Or I should inform my doctor that visa is cancelled
Or what should I do ?
Will be great if someone can help about that
Thank you

But hospital you might need to pay.
Don’t mention anything to doctor about visa because doctors don’t understand the immigration business and might complicate things for you.
Be careful that if you are invoiced by nhs then you must pay the charges otherwise that can be a reason for refusal.
They will only want to see provisional licence.yarab wrote: ↑Mon Feb 26, 2018 1:01 pmI have a quick question please about driving license.
Ad mention before Iam on temporary admission due to spouse visa cancellation and applied for new FLR FP ( parent route )
My question is
I do have provisional driving license but I do want to have theory test and book a driving test aswell to have the full license .
I wonder what documents they will ask for when I book theory and the driving test.as u all know I don't have my passport and I don't have my resident permit .
All what I have is provision driving licence as a proof of iD
Am I eligible to apply for full driving license in my situation.
Answer will be much appreciated as it's very important for me thank you
