Tier 1 to ILR ( Employment Query )

Hi All,

I am due to submit my settlement application in June 2018 through tier 1 Entrepreneur.

Initial Visa Granted : 23 July 2013

Extension Granted : 04 September 2016


Below is my employees status :

Employee 1 : March 2014 - Until now

Employee 2: August 2017 - Until now


Am I okay with Job Creation ? Have I fulfilled the job requirement for Settlement ?

I have been told by my Solicitor that I need to keep on employing both employees until I apply for Settlement.

You're okay as long as both employees have been employed full time doing a minimum of 30 hours per week
