I made set lr Peo Appointment for 2nd week of April. I paid the current fees which is £2887.

My question is do i need to pay extra fees on top of the fees which i already paid when fee changes in end of march or early april?

Which set lr version form should i use as application forms also changes with the new visa fee?

Whatever you paid is fine. New fee will not be applicable to you.
