Financial Requirement Through CIS Scheme

Hey guys

I am currently at the beginning stage of preparing to apply for a spouse visa and I'm having some confusion with my employment. I am self-employed but sub contracting through a limited company and being paid through the CIS Scheme, now reading through Appendix FM i can apply through Non-Salaried or salaried employment. I have no knowledge of this and just want some light and understanding on what i have read and if this route would work for me.
