When and how to apply to extend a spouse visa?

Please help me

I have 33 moth spouse visa who’s is expire on jun 2018 I was heard home office fee will increase on April 2018

Can I apply visa before April or not please advice I will very thanks full to you

Be careful of applying for FLR(M) too early, as this may shorten the period available to apply for SET(M). Remind the caseworker that s/he has discretion to add up to 28 extra days, if necessary.
