No, read the form and the guidance notes.
You seem to be missing the point that you don't qualify for ILR yet. Suggest wait till you do as the form will change.

Suggest ask your questions again in the new year. Anything in the rules or form or language requirement can change before you become eligible.
You can do LIUK so long as that does not expire.

Dear member and Administrator.
My wife came UK on 2011 on Tier 1 General category, after 5 years on same category she got ILR and last year she became British citizen.
i got Tier 1 General (dependent) visa in 12/04/2013, and i came UK on 23/04/2013, after that i got extention from 20/05/2015 til 27/03/2018. i spent approximately 400 days in first two years outside UK. So please guide me
when i am entitled to apply ILR. ?
Thank you very much in advance for your help.
Regards,
Masood

You write the date of departure, as the question asks. 'Visa officers' know the rules and that date of departure and arrival back don't count as absence.

(d) not have been absent from the UK for more than 180 days during any 12 month period in the continuous period, except that:
(1) any absence from the UK for the purpose of assisting with a national or international humanitarian or environmental crisis overseas shall not count towards the 180 days, if the applicant provides evidence that this was the purpose of the absence(s), and
(2) any absence from the UK during periods of leave granted under the Rules in place before 11 January 2018 shall not count towards the 180 days.
[/b][/u
Just for more clearity.
so as i understood by reading the clause 319E , some of which i pate above
It describes that 180 days rule only applies after 11 january 2018 absent . If some one just spent more than 180 days before this date so this rule didnot applied.
Many thanks
