Question about sending HSMP and FLR-IED application together

Question about sending HSMP and FLR-IED application together

Hi all

I am very close to sending in my HSMP application. I am an in-country applicant and my visa (WHV) is close to expiring.

I have been told to submit the FLR-IED form alongside the HSMP application due to the visa expiring soon. This way I will fall under Section 3C of the Immigration Act 1971 (as amended). I'm fine with this.

My question is, do I need to send my passport and my dependant’s passport at this time? Any ideas?
