Unrestricted CoS or restricted CoS after switching T4 to T2 failed and reappying a new application(Help)

Hello,

Could anyone help me to figure out which type of CoS that I should apply for?

In my case, my application for switching from T4 student visa to T2 general visa was rejected last week, and my sponsor needs to apply for a new CoS for me to reapply for the new application. My T4 student visa expired during the process of Home office's reviewing my first application.

Just for double check - In this case, if I want to reapply for a new application, what type of CoS should my sponsor apply for, unrestricted one or restricted one? Thank you!
