How long the take to process MODL applications

Hi all,

i am umer from pakistan. Its been 4 month i. jan,2008 that i have applied for 175 modl application. no Case officer allocated yet. please can you people give an idea how long CO allocation will take. i am from pakistan and should I go for medicals to make processing fasteer once CO is allocated
