Hello All,

I am in a situation where I have switched my visa from Student category to Tier 1 Entrepreneur but after the TIER 1 visa was granted the VC firm collapsed and I never notified the HO about the change in circumstances and carried on.

I did genuinely invest my own funds well above £70k and I have recently taken over another business where I have invested £51k, do anyone of you has come across a situation like this? or do you know anyone who has applied recently with a similar issue and has successfully granted an extension to their TIER 1?
