Address different on passport - UK Tourist visa

Hello There

My parents applying for their 10 yr Tourist visa from India - Chennai. They have already visited UK multiple times and never overstayed.

I have couple of queries: can someone help please

1- My parents sold their previous house in 2015. But their passport still has their old address. They were planning to update it when their current passport expires. would it be a problem when they make their application?

2- what should they say their current address is on the visa application form? current address or their old address which is on their passport?

3- can they submit photocopies or scanned copies of my documents like bank statement, pay slips, etc ( I am their sponsor).

Hi, I did not change the address on their passports

as far as I know, its not mandatory to change address on the passports

so you should be fine. but make sure you give enough evidence for their current address
