Tier I for other countries - When?

Does anybody have a clearer picture as to when the Tier I rules will be applied to the countries which are currently under the HSMP rules?

Latest I heard was Summer 2008...

It is announced by this summur.... so date not confirmed yet....but definatly this year...
Thinking low is crime....

British High Commission in New Zealand advised "towards the end of the year" today. Looks like nobody knows for sure.

folks...
can I suppose that the implementation of Tier 1 will b same as it was for India by announcing in Feb 08 and implementing on Aprl 1st 08 and they will follow the same procedure to tell in advance(on month time) for the closure of HSMP world wide???

Please discuss...
