Hi,

Myself: Current visa status - ILR
I got my Tier2 General on Sep 2012(valid untill sep 2015),
then extended my tier2 general from sep 2015 to sep 2018.
Applied and got my ilr on Aug 2017.

My wife: Current visa status - PBS dependant
My wife got PBS dependant visa(Tier2 general dependant) on Jan 2013 valid untill sep 2015.
Dec 2013 she moved back to India for our baby delivery, due to her health condition,
she stayed there for a long time and I didn't extend her visa at that time.
Then again I applied PBS dependant visa(Tier2 general dependant) on may 2016 valid untill sep 2018.
Question 1: Now in what category I should extend her visa before it expires on sep 2018?

My daughter: Current visa status - PBS dependant
She got PBS dependant visa on may 2016 valid until sep 2018.
Question 2: Now in what category I should extend my daughters visa before it expires on sep 2018?
Question 3: When they both will eligible for ILR?

Extend on PBS Dependent form for both your dependents.

They will qualify for ILR in 2021.

1. PBS dependent visa - How many years I should apply visa extension for them(on sep 2018)? Will they(UKBA) extend the visa for another 3 years?
2. It will ok to extend my wife's visa? since she already applied twice for PBS dependant.
Is there any maximum years applies to PBS dependent visa?

It is a 3 year extension as this is what the Immigration Rules state it will be. You cannot choose a lesser time.

Do I need to stay with the same employer who sponsored me tier 2 general to extend my wife and child's PBS dependent visa?
because the application form is asking about COS(certificate of sponsor)
