There is Cat A or CAT B, and you can combine cash with income from Cat A or Cat Bvetri81082 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 10:35 amDoes this rule apply for CAT A Type b savings requirements as well ? i am challenging your statement. thanks
My certificate is in RedKatie_France wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 10:36 amWell, as CR001 wrote, if you submitted only 3 payslips and bank statements, it's not enough. You can only reapply.
Regarding NARIC, I still think that your certificates are not Red Route (Based on the wording). Is your certificate in red, yellow, black colors, and is it written that the statement gives information relevant to your immigration application to UK Visas and Immigration?
When one fill the form online it surely ask for two types in A or B i chosen BKatie_France wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 10:40 amThere is Cat A or CAT B, and you can combine cash with income from Cat A or Cat Bvetri81082 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 10:35 amDoes this rule apply for CAT A Type b savings requirements as well ? i am challenging your statement. thanks
There is no online question about the category in the online version of VAF4a, there is Appendix 2, which you should submit additionally to VAF4a. Is your sponsor returning to UK and less than 3 months with the current employer or residing in the UK?vetri81082 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 10:47 am

UKVI doesn't judge who is native or not, and definitely doesn't judge people's original nationality. It is tick a box approval.vetri81082 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 10:53 amMy sponsor is a native white woman. She was in breavement from feb 17 to sep 17.

You should have applied under category B if she worked less than 6 months at the date of your application.

And HO cannot say it is not meeting the requirements.vetri81082 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 10:43 amMy certificate is in RedKatie_France wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 10:36 amWell, as CR001 wrote, if you submitted only 3 payslips and bank statements, it's not enough. Part 3A - Cat BLondoner007 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 11:29 amWere you applying CAT B with CAT D combined or just CAT B Alone?
Why did you not submit the bank statements showing the rental income?? Without bank statements, it would have been disregarded.vetri81082 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 11:48 amPart 3A - Cat BLondoner007 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 11:29 amWere you applying CAT B with CAT D combined or just CAT B Alone?

6.1.5. The gross amount of any cash income may be counted towards the financial
requirement, where the correct tax has been paid on that income and where all the
relevant evidential requirements in Appendix FM-SE are met. Where a person’s relevant
specified evidence relating to permitted sources of non-employment income shows their
gross cash income and the tax paid, and their specified bank statements in relation to
the permitted non-employment income show all of that post-tax income, they can count
the gross amount of the cash income shown on the specified documentation towards the
financial requirement (or the net income in relation to dividends). But, where that
person’s specified bank statements relating to permitted non-employment income only
show a proportion of that post-tax income, only the amount shown on the bank
statements can be counted towards the financial requirement.
Well, you can appeal, and wait for 12-24 months.vetri81082 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 11:10 am

On your NARIC certificate, it should be written visas and nationality service, and it should be for UKVI. But the main point is that you should fulfill financial requirements.vetri81082 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 11:44 am
