Reg approval letter and documents

Post by swapnasagi » Mon Jan 28, 2008 1:22 pm

Hi,

I sent my papers through TNT on 12th Dec and they reached home office on 17th dec. I got a mail frm them with the reference number on 21st Dec.

I called up the Home Office on 24th Jan and they said that my application is approved and they posted the papers on Jan 8th.

I am yet to get the papers. I did check with the local post office but in vain. Is there anyone who is going through the same? Not sure what to do. Does it usually take this much time for the papers to get back?

Please reply.

I have never heard about the verification at HSMP case decision level. It happens at EC stage. Moreover, i don't think that their customer services staff would be having any specific information regarding your case. Where did you apply i.e. from Pak or UK. If it is in UK, why would they ask British High Commision in Pak ! !

Hi friends
I have sent my application on 15th Feb, and pack has reached the destination by 18th...

I have sent payment by Cheque (HSBC,UK - i was in UK couple of years back, and have an active account with some funds, and so paid thro that) but still find that the payment has not been debited from my account...

Can anyone please let me know whether processing for cheque payment takes more time?

HSMP Application- Medium of Instruction

Post by for_HSMP » Sat Feb 23, 2008 5:48 am

Hello There,

I have applied for a HSMP on 27th Dec 07and i have got my decision on 22nd Jan 08.

Though i got 80 points for Qualification, they did say that i dint meet enlgisdh requirement and application is refused.

I had an professional degree in AMIE and submitted letter from univeristy but they claim that the this degree was not taught in the same way as in academic study and hence they cannot evaluate this english requirement.

I am thinking to reapply. with same set of docs as i read the people got it approved if they submit again for some cases. or i am thinking to apply with my undergraduate course medium of instruction cert attached.

WOuld the experience people suggest me ? or to take IELTS exam.
I am wondering how the new system is going to affect us.

Processing Time

Post by rajesh1319 » Wed Apr 02, 2008 5:01 pm

Hello All,

I submitted the Tier1 application on 29th March. Till date no money is deducted from my bank account and no update from HO about reference no. Can anyone tell me how much is the current waiting time?

I heard that they are processing the ‘Tier1 application’ quickly (around 3 week’s time) than earlier HSMP because they have separate team to handle the Tier1 application.

Any idea about current waiting time?

Regards
Rajesh

Hello Rajesh,

I am facing the same problem as you.
My HSMP application was delivered at BIA office on March 27th but till now they havent processed the payment. When I called, the helpdesk people are just confirming that the payment has not been taken and are asking me to call after few days. I dont know why is this delay.

Hello all,

I am sure BHC verifies the employment details during EC process.

My question is "Do the HO verify employment details in the first half of HSMP process?"

Thanx in advance...
