Hi guys,
I am new here but posting out of desperation. I am Australian but currently in Manchester, UK.
Context:
My wife and I applied for Tier 5: Youth mobility visas back in April. We thought we we could apply from Taiwan. We could not. As a result we had to cancel the application and await a refund of the application fee and IHS fee.
over 90 days on now, we have still not received the $1200AUD (600 x 2) refunded to us.
My problem is.. I cannot get hold of anyone who will actually help me. I have sent emails to the complaint system, sent many contact form enquiries & called several telephone numbers but no-one from UKVI is willing to take responsibility and help me investigate my missing money.
Does anyone have experience with this and can give me some advice?
