How did your decision letter come?

I am still waiting for my EEA permanent residency card to come in the mail.

For those of you who have actually received it:

The decision letter comes as a normal piece of mail, correct? And the card ITSELF comes as a DX signed-for delivery? Or are they both together, or is the decision letter by itself also a DX trackable letter?

My PR letter came in a brown envelope/ normal post - 2nd class.

My PR card was sent by DX- needs to sign for it.
