I am currently filling out visa applications for my Wife and Son (3Yrs) and i have a query regarding a question in the application form, also i am using a new application to do the submission which was suggested using my employer (https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... /dependant) the question which i am bothered about is as follows:
i said No, am i supposed to say Yes and give details of my Son and vice versa for my Son ?Will you be travelling to the UK with someone who is not your patner, spouse, or dependent ?
Also, one of the documents asked was regarding a Letter of consent, i read through some old posts and CR001 replied saying that its not required if one of the parent is applying together, is that still the case ?
Can someone please help me with the same ?
