hi i got my permanently residence card issue date 08/05/2017 witch date can i apply .
2nd question i call register office for appointment but it too far is in 3rd july in your opinion it better i do online application .thanks

It's normally 12 months wait from the date of acquisition of PR, not the date of the card (=issue date). Did you get a separate letter showing the date of acquisition?

yes i got one letter the date is 28/09/2016 it that date what you mean and thanks for reply

If the letter stated that you acquired PR on 28 Sept 2016, then you can apply from 28th Sept 2017.
