Chances of proving Exceptional Circumstances

Ok so here are the details:
Married for five years to British spouse with two children who are both British Citizens.
Spouse moved back to the UK with children who are about to start school and spouse currently in employment for about 3 months but not on course to meet minimum income requirements based on income.
What are the chances that I could prove exceptional circumstances under this scenario?

If applying from outside the UK, none really. You need to meet the requirements.

Thanks a lot for the response CR001. Does it mean the exceptional circumstances route can not be used from outside the UK? Or just that it is very hard to convince HO?

Hello all,

A quick question please as I haven't seen this elsewhere on the forum. With regards to salaried employment combined with cash savings, is it allowed for one spouse to be employed while the cash savings are the other spouse's account? So for example, wife is working in the UK while husband has cash savings in another country not in a joint account.

i think u can but both savings need to be at least 6 months...i applied using 2 jobs and cash savings all in one account..
