1- can i sold my business ?
2 - Can I dissolved company as well? Or make comapny as dormant?
3- Open new company and business account ?
4- Transfer money which will receive after selling business from old business account to new business account ?

No I don’t think you should expect more scrutiny- Doubt if HO would even notice it unless they interview.
There is no need to inform HO of these changes.
Again, HO is not a regulatory body
