Hello,

I have a query related to FPS(Full Payment Submission Report), using Sage software to process the wages.
Our FPS contains the following information.

Company name,
Submission date and time

Forenames,
Surname
NI Number
Starter
Leaver
Irregular
Paye liability
NIC Liability
Late Reason
BACS Hash

As of now we do not have "net payment" field on the FPS.

Please can someone let me know:
1. if "net payment" is a mandatory field? are there any visa rejection because of this missing filed?
2. If it is mandatory, where from can it be added to the FPS and how this can be explained to the payroll team?

My accountant uses sage as well. Your sage FPS won't show net pay. So basically, you would need three things in relation to RTI-FPS.

1) FPS report (this is what you've described above)
2) FPS receipt (this is the receipt the software generates once FPS has been submitted. This is the receipt with the correlation ID)
3) XML file. Everyone your accountant submits an FPS, an XML file will be saved on the system. This document has all the details that FPS report has PLUS gross pay.

You need these three things for every month.
