Re: Flr m relationship breakdown

Post by graceofgod1 » Mon Mar 19, 2018 1:07 pm

Hi all, I came to know Croydon peo sloses at 8 pm . I have appointment at 6 pm . After biometric i think they will have 1.5 hour for consideration. Given i have straightforward case ,in my opinion , should be sufficient and i should get decision same day. Will it work on applicant favour as case worker will be speeding up consideration to finish it before it closes at 8 pm. Thanks

Not to be rude, to be blunt, if the case worker needs more time to reach a decision on your case, they can defer the application for further checks and give you a letter stating exactly that, that they haven't been able to give you a decision that day.

That's if they can't reach a decision that day for whatever reason.
These are my 'views' and 'opinions'.
If in doubt always seek professional advice, or at least do a search for the relevant information. :P

If i make any mistakes, You are more than welcome to correct me.

They have just refunded my unused IHS into my credit card. It was £300. 😀
