worst of all, the operational service level for HSMP on a page updated on 20 December is a date that we know very well

It looks like the web site has somehow been rolled back to an older cached version, because their Christmas operating hours are at the top of the page.

Well they did finally 'update' it to....You guessed it 10 June. that really is something else. FLR has moved to the 8th of October and there is something written about 20 weeks i wonder what ever that means. The other worrying observation that i have also made is that even WP which are normally up to date have also fallen behind

I wonder if they will ever update the HSMP message part beyond 26 weeks. Since so many are now past that mark from June, July, and Aug.

Yikes

good point there, that 26 weeks has been around for more 10 weeks now while the date has only moved by 3 days, surely they should be saying 38 weeks [9 months].
on the FLR what do they mean by 8 October & 20 weeks, while they still have 13 weeks as the waiting time :?

8 October & 20 weeks

can it be that they are processing applications of 8th october AND 25th Feb ??? as 20 weeks after 8th oct means 25th feb.

i read it somewhere that they were splitting cases into two teams ... but the question is why is the 8th oct. team doing nothing at all :? while the feb team is doing it quite well.

Good question!

Can you not guess why UK is interested in issuing HSMP? Because they have so many DxxB people who dont know how to run a service (even HSMP) and that they wanted smart people to make up the gap!

I want to immigrate to Mars....
