Hi, I got the admin refusal on 21/03/2018. Is it possible for me to apply for the tier 2 sponsorship Visa.

What was the reason for refusal?

Presumably you previous visa has already expired?

Do you have an HO approved sponsor, who have passed RLMT etc for a Tier 2 General visa??

The reason was the genuinity and they decided it after they came for interview.

Hi, when did you do the interview？Is it during AR or before your case decision? Also, why your case been refused? It is regards the points or genuinity test?
