Need help, I'm confused about my spouse visa.

Hello everyone, Sorry if this is in the wrong place but..

I am currently on a Tier 5 Youth Mobility Visa living and working in the UK, My current visa expires on the 18th of April next month.
I've recently applied for the spouse visa so I can continue living and working here with my wife. I have all the documents ready to post to Sheffield (It says I need to post it there on the application somewhere) and just today I got my biometrics done at a post office.

Here is where I'm confused, do I send all of my documents WITH the receipt of the BRP I got today to Sheffield tomorrow or do I wait until I get my BRP back to send it all?

Sorry if it's a dumb question or if it's been asked before, I thoroughly searched for something similar but couldn't find the answer I was looking for, I really don't want to go back to Australia.

No, only your supporting documents.

Your biometrics are sent to HO electronically by the PO.

Oh so I send the application, proof of living with my wife etc to them and keep the receipt?

Basically my wife received an email today in Pakistan from UKBA to submit the sponsor documents within 10 working days but i have send them all the documents on 8th march in recorded delivery, but they havn't send an email or anything to confirm...!!! What should i do....where should i call...
I am really tensed now
