Self-Employed Application Taxes to Pay for the Application

Post by 13atu » Tue Mar 27, 2018 1:03 pm

Hi I am a self-employed sole trader.

I am planning to do my naturalisation application by the end of April but the new tax year for self-employed sole traders start in 6 April 2018.

Do I have to submit my files and pay for the taxes of 5 April 2017-6 April 2018 for this application? These taxes do not need to be filed yet and they wont be due until next year. Yet If I don't deal with this yet would this negatively effect my application?

Thanks in advance for your replies :)

There is no requirement to accelerate tax submissions or payments specifically for the AN application. Just provide the documents you can an make a note which are not yet due.
