FLR within UK- few doubts..!!

Post by lion686 » Tue Apr 15, 2008 3:16 pm

guys,

Can someone help me with the link where i can download the applcaition form for Tier 1 FLR within UK.

Also i came to UK on WP on january 2008, meanwhile got the HSMP approval letter in feb 2008 before Tier 1 came in to picture. hence wanting to apply for FLR within UK. I have planned the following,

a) Planning to apply in May so that i can show 3 months bank statmt startg from feb.
b) mainting fund of about 1500£ from this month to show that i have enough funds during the time of application.
c) submitting the WP copy and HSMP approval letter
d) FLR application form & fees

Can somone confirm if my plan is fine or shd there be anything else i shd consider in addition.

Cheers
Lion

Its enough if we maintain £800..am having £1500 simply cos i wanted to show that i have more than the enough requirement, hence not withdrawing money less than this. also if we have more than the limit it will not harm anyway right? so tats y this amount..
