[VERY URGENT] Tier 2 General Dependent

Very Urgent Query - Visa & Immigration related

Friends,

I have been in United Kingdom from April 2016 on Tier 2 ICT Visa with my wife and kid. Now we are planning to switch to Tier 2 General as my wife has got a sponsorship from her employer.

My wife's application is done via a 3rd Party employed by her company. Her application is filled by the 3rd party via the below website

When we referred to GOV.UK website, under Tier 2 General section as below:

When we used 'Apply Now' in the same page, it took us to https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... /dependant to fill the application as PBS Dependant - Partner Visa and PBS Dependant - Child Visa. We have provided all relevant information required.

We used the route to fill the applications as well as pay IHS and booked our appointment in Bangalore VFS. Our appointments are on Apr 6th & 7th respectively.

The application format via VISA4UK and UKVI portal via GOV.UK are completely different. We are wondering being the application formats different, will it a problem to submit the applications at VFS in Bangalore?

or

Shall we create a new applications via VISA4UK for me and my child?

Additional Question: As my wife (main applicant) has got the appointment on a different date than us, can we join us as family and submit the application on the same date?

My understanding is that you can apply for main applicant and dependents visa at the same time and in the same application form, not separately.

No idea about the site you mentioned but all UK visa ( Bengaluru as well) applications are outsourced by VFSGLOBAL

Your dependants can only apply at the same PSC appointment if they have been named on your application.
