I am trying to book a premium service appointment since midnight but the page is not working. It is not showing anything. What do I need to? any thoughts?

Yes, of-course. As normal. Book online and go to premium service center to submit your application. What made you ask this question?

I meant to complete the ILR application form online rather ink writing!

Quick update everyone: Still, premium booking service is down and I got the below reply from the home office.

"Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your email correspondence of 3 April.
We have escalated your enquiry to our technical support team for investigation. We will respond you as soon as we receive the reply from our colleagues.
Yours faithfully"

I am trying to book an appointment now for 16th or 17th May at Croydon but no slots are available. Do you think the slot will open before the end of the day since the fee is going to increase tomorrow?

Hi Team,

I am writing this message to say a huge thanks to everyone (including CR001) for guiding me to complete ILR application. Yesterday, I submitted my application via the premium service at Croydon for ILR (SET - O) from Tier 2 General. Totally, it took 10 hours (my suggestion: applicants should take their own (lots) foods and drinks since the cafe closes at 4 pm) to complete the whole process and I got the ILR approved letter finally at 8 pm.

My experience with this forum is brilliant and you guys are doing an amazing job that supporting all candidates for their application questions. I might come back to soon to ask few more questions in the future. Good luck everyone. Thank you once again.
