i just want to ask that if we apply for divorce with eea national from the date of start divorce ..till divorce finalised we will have to live on seperate address or we can live on same address plese help

That is a family law matter not an immigration matter.

Living with wife and filing for divorce in same address may well raise questions as to whether a marriage has irretrievably broken.

1. what will happen to non eaa who are going to file the divorce and will finalised thier divorce before march 2019 and the one who get thier divorce done after march 2019 say july 2019 are they safe are they eligible for RoR what eu withdrwal explainig for those kind of applicants

2 ..Is there any hopes for people living in uk more than 10 years legally under eea law and uk law do they have any chance of long residency eligibilty under eu withdrawl bill if they divorce eee national or stay married before or after march 19 do they have any right on their own basis after brexit
