Query regarding work from Home country after visa expiry

Hi, I am on Tier 2 ICT dependant visa and my employer has applied for RCOS (Third time in April) for me after doing proper RLMT. My dependant visa is valid till 13 April so we are going back to our home country and planning to come back when I will get the visa.
My company is asking me if I cna work from my home country for them till I get my visa.
Wondering if it is possible to work from home country for UK employer for some time till I get my visa?
