2- I also had two part time employee. One of them is still working and on maternity leave? Shall i add their id's and information IN FILE?
Well there is nothing you can do about it, so you just have to wait and see.
Why do you need to submit any CT600 at all ? You are not providing any investment evidence.rayleo1990 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 17, 2017 1:53 pm4- My Accountant coudn't find Ct600 for year1, but he has found it for year 2 & 3. Do you think its ok to send file as it is? FOR year one he only gave me computations?
Should not matterrayleo1990 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 17, 2017 1:53 pm5- employee 1 was paid by bank transfer, but his payslips show cheque as paym method? do you think i can send as it is? or shall i ask my accountant to reproduce?
You are free to change payroll for directors, fire, hire employees etc as your business needs. There are no implications to your immigration applicationrayleo1990 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 02, 2018 12:33 pmDear Marcnath, Zimba & Admins,
Thank you for all your inputs during preparation of my application. I applied couple of weeks back, did my bio-metrics and now waiting...Hoping for the best
I need your guidance regarding one of my FT employees who has offered to resign by end of Jan whilst my case in under-process.
- Atm i have 2 FT & 1PT employees on Payroll. I was wondering is there any issue if one FT employee quits during my case is under process? I know this question is not related to the forum? but i wanted to get an idea about this please.
Secondly, both directors are on Payroll. we are planning of not taking any more salary from business? can both directors be taken off from the payroll and added at later stage?
your help is highly appreciated....
Thank you so much
No one can say. There are people in this forum who got the complex letter and were approved in a couple of weeks after and others who have waited months. I am not even sure if it means anything or HO just uses it as a way of getting itself more time and meeting some internal statistics.rayleo1990 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 12, 2018 11:55 amUpdate Regarding my application.
Hi Marcnath,
I hope you are well. I have received an email from Temporary Mig team stating my case is complex, and will take longer to decide. any idea about how long it may take?
also, I am planning to relocate my office in March. Do, I have to inform HO about it?
thanks for all your help
None that I know of. Users in this forum have tried many things - contacting MP, writing letter, threatening court action through a PAP (Pre-Action Protocol), etc. And as far as I am aware, nothing makes a difference.rayleo1990 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 14, 2018 10:30 amhi Marcnath,
Is there any way to chase/track or speed up processing of application. I am now waiting from 10 weeks?
I know a lot of people are waiting 6+ months. Just wanted to get an idea if we have to write to HO to speed up the processing?
Thanks for all your help.
There is no requirement to inform business changes.rayleo1990 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 05, 2018 9:02 amGood Morning Marcnath & Zimba,
I am in the process of relocating my business to a different address and my extension is under process from 16+ weeks now.
Do i have to inform HO about my new trading address? or is it ok to move without notifying HO?
Also, would it be better to contact my MP to speed up processing or shall i just keep on waiting like other members?
I really appreciate your advice & suggestions.
You can try to write in with evidence of your father-in-law's illness. HO does seem to have some option for expediting based on such circumstances though I have not seen any reports of it happening.rayleo1990 wrote: ↑Mon May 28, 2018 10:44 amHi Marcnath & Zimba,
I hope you guys are well. Can you please suggest any effective way of speeding up my case? I have been waiting from 6 months now. I know a lot of ppl are waiting from over a year.
I applied for my extension for myself and 1 dependent in dec 17, and now my wife's father is very ill. I just want to know if there is any option to write to home office to speed up the case? or can i withdraw my dependent's application but not mine? My solicitor is asking me not to contact HO?
I'd really appreciate your suggestions in my case.
Thanks alot
rayleo1990 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 24, 2018 10:14 amHi Marcnath & Zimba,
I hope you guys are well, and thank you for always answering my questions briefly. I am still waiting for my extension from almost 7 & 1/2 months.
Due to this long wait of visa, I couldn't renew my contract with two of my potential clients. But from last 2 months, I have started online Ebay store, and its doing fine.
- I was wondering, do i need to notify HO about this change of business activities from logistics consultancy to Ebay sales? ==> No
- will there be any impact if i am called for interview? ==> Don't see why it should
My business partner has already got his ILR based on 10 years, and he is not participating in business at all. but, he still has active DL in company. would there be any impact on my extension? ==> No
if you could please highlight the best approach for me?
- Can I register a new company and start trading for my ebay newly setup buss? ==> Sure
- I am still maintaining 2 full time jobs from last 7 months? Can I use it towards ILR? I will be completing my 10 years in Mar 2020 => When will you complete 5 years ? If you meant you complete 5 years in Mar 2020, then no - you can only use employment after the extension is approved.
Marcnath already cleared everything but I'm adding one more thing that I got confirmation from home office about changing business.rayleo1990 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 24, 2018 10:14 amHi Marcnath & Zimba,

Since you can apply for your ILR Nov 19, you will be able to use employment from Dec 18 onwards (12 months before application date) but not earlierrayleo1990 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 24, 2018 10:54 amhi Marcnath,
Thanks a lot for your prompt reply. I will complete 5 year in Dec 2019? would i be able to use it? or do i need to continue 2 jobs after extension is approved?
I mean I will complete 5 years in T1 Ent in Dec 2019.
10 year over all in Mar 2020 as my date of arrival was in 2010.
I would expect that to be in violation of your visa termsrayleo1990 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 19, 2018 12:47 pmHi Marcnath & Zimba,
I am still waiting for extension. Can you please let me know, if it's ok to work as a self employed driver for amazon deliveries or will it break the rules of T1?
I've chased my MP after waiting for 9+ months for extension, and now MP is waiting for response from Amazon.
I have started running my new business successfully, but wanted to know, if there is any restriction to work as an independent contractor with Amazon?
your help and advice is highly appreciated.
Yes, that is most likely. They must have left instructions on their next attempt or contact details.rayleo1990 wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 8:44 pmHi Guys'
I have missed a dx delivery today. They left a calling card? Could it be my BRP? I didn't hear anything from my solicitor.
Is there any collection office of Dx, where i can collect from?
