Does 6 weeks paid annual leave out of the UK break 5 years of continous stay

Post by Coache » Tue Apr 10, 2018 3:11 pm

Dear experts,

I had an approved 6 weeks paid annual leave due to accumulated bank holidays and I used it to travel back to my country for my marriage .

Does 6 weeks paid annual leave break the continuous period of stay for Indefinete leave to remain ?

My employer already have anot updated electronic staff record where all approved leaves are updated. Can they just write it was a paid annual leave or must I put that it was approved for my marriage. I accumulated 6 weeks because I worked in most bank holidays .
