Non EEA PR or ROR after Divorce

Post by Abeythedon » Sun Feb 11, 2018 11:43 pm

Hi,

Please I'm a non-eea citizen married March 2013
RC granted 07/2014
My EEA National wanted to moved back to her country finally things didn't work out
we are currently applying for the divorce, before the divorce is finally over the relationship will have lasted more than 5yrs and I would have spent more than 4yrs on my Resident card. My RC will expire 07/2019.

What can I apply for after the divorce R.O.R or PR?

Is she in the UK or has she left already?

If she is still in the UK, is she exercising treaty rights?

just send for Ror means eea2 do not try eea4 send working proof of your wife which is important and yours as well from marriage till divorce as you lived 5 years so on your Ror application they will give you pr that my friends got pr even they have send 3.5 year proof till divorce and next thing is your luck ut 90 percent you will get pr best of luck

@Obie She's in the UK exercising treaty right, last week was 5 years of marriage and she was working all through 5 years.

The 5 years p60's and lots of documents are available what can I apply for and which form do I use? EEA(FM) of (PR) form. I'm still currently on my resident card. ROR of PR???

Hi

I am on a similar situation as yours. I am sending last 5 years P60s, utility bills, bank statements, council tax and proof of self sufficiency along with divorce certificate and decree.

I hope this helps.
